Registration Holds

To view any holds on your account, please log into your STAR account, go to Student Records, then click Student Profile and finally click Holds on the top-right to view details.

Hold Type	What Action to Take
Accounts Balance Due	Contact Student Accounts at 304-293-1988 to resolve and have the hold lifted.
Accounts Sent to Collections	Contact Student Accounts at 304-293-1988 to resolve and have the hold lifted.
Athletics Hold	Contact the Athletics Department at 304-293-1611 to resolve and have the hold lifted.
Apply for Admission to Cont Ed	Contact the Graduate Admissions Office at 304-293-5980 to resolve and have the hold lifted.
Classes Removed-Contact HUB	Contact Student Accounts at 304-293-1988 to resolve and have the hold lifted.
Final Transcripts	Contact Admissions Office at 304-293-2121 to resolve and have the hold lifted.
Incoming Freshmen	Incoming freshmen hold for New Student Orientation. If you are an incoming student, this hold will be removed before you attend NSO to allow you to schedule courses. If not, please contact the Registrar’s Office at 304-293-5355 to talk to someone about getting it removed.
Judicial Hold	Contact the Student Conduct Office at 304-293-8111 to resolve and have the hold lifted.
Parking Office	Contact the Parking Office at 304-293-5502 to resolve and have the hold lifted.
Final Transcripts	Contact Admissions Office at 304-293-2121 to resolve and have the hold lifted.
Suspension Hold	Contact your advisor or college to talk to someone about your options for future registration.
