Mission of the OUR
- Establish and maintain record-keeping policies and associated procedures, in keeping with established best practices, including the issuance of transcripts and diplomas and the release of official student data.
- Design policies and establish procedures related to degree certification at both the central level and at the college/department levels.
- Oversee policies and procedures related to access, privacy and security of student information, with a particular regard to meeting extracurricular legal requirements.
- Oversee the course registration and grade submission processes each semester.
- Maintain the University Catalogs.
- Oversee athletic compliance activities (academic).
- Oversee routine and ad hoc data reporting function for both academic units and other units responsible for reporting externally.
- Ensure compliance with academic, regulatory and accreditation policies and requirements.
